Renee believes that the best connections start with a conversation and that making people feel valued goes a long way. Whether she’s developing community partnerships, connecting with local professionals, or helping families discover valuable resources, her goal is to make every interaction personal and purposeful.

Outside of the office, Renee enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and their three children, Davi Rae, Brooks, and Millie. Between cheering from the sidelines, serving at church, and making family memories, her calendar stays full — and she wouldn’t have it any other way!
